Methodist Chapel 15Jul2006

Built in 1846 and closed in the 1960s, this former Primitive Methodist chapel has been tastefully converted into a comfortable, two bedroomed, self catering holiday home.

The chapel lies on the edge of the small rural village of Itteringham. The River Bure that goes on to make up the Norfolk Broads meanders through the village, which boasts a multi award winning gastro pub The Walpole Arms, some 250 yards down the lane as well as a village shop with its cafe and Post Office. Within a mile are the Lord Walpole's stately homes of Mannington Hall, Wolterton Hall and a few miles further brings you to the National Trust's Blickling Hall or Felbrigg Hall.
